Our latest changes to Fastnet Classic will save you even more time and money when making regular payments to friends and family.
Save your FastCheque payees
FastCheque has always been a great way to make one-off payments online, combining the benefits of traditional cheques with the convenience and speed of the internet.
Now it’s even easier for you to send FastCheques to people or companies you pay regularly. After making a FastCheque, on the confirmation screen, simply select 'Save this payee', and we'll save these details for you to use in the future. To pay them again, simply select them from the new 'Your Payee list' dropdown on the FastCheque screen.
A standard bill payment authority
set up fee applies for saving payee details.
Save your payees as Netcode authenticated
Providing an extra layer of security in addition to your password, Netcode helps to protect your bank account against fraudulent users. You can now choose to 'Netcode authenticate' people and companies you pay regularly. When making payments to a 'Netcode authenticated' payee, we'll no longer need to confirm your identity with Netcode.
How can I Netcode authenticate someone?
When setting up a new payee, you'll be asked 'Do you want to Netcode this payee now?'. If you select 'yes', you will not require Netcode for any future payments to that payee.
How can I Netcode authenticate payees I've already set up?
Any payees you've previously set up can be edited in the Bill Payments section of FastNet Classic. Simply select the account number that the payee is set up under, then click on 'View/Alter/Delete'. Once you've selected the payee which you wish to edit, you can Netcode authenticate them by selecting yes to the question 'Do you want to Netcode this payee now?'.
What does it cost?
The standard Netcode fee of 25c per Netcode SMS or $1 per month for Netcode token applies. Find out more information on
fees.
If editing an existing Payee, a standard bill payment authority
alteration fee applies.
